Acupressure - Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique often associated with acupuncture or reflexology. It is based on the concept of life energy, which flows through "meridians" in the body.
EFT utilizes acupressure points specifically aimed at emotional distress. When working with overwhelming emotions, especially in trauma, EFT gives you an immediate tool to help you calm and regulate your activated system.
